General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Backend admin menu: start in closed status

Hello!
I'm desperately looking for a way to have the admin menu in a closed status when a user logs into the backend.
Is there a way to "reverse" the behavior of the admin side menu?

Any help is appreciated!
